Failure of an app

What a failure. I cant even use the app because they dont allow you to actually DELETE your information off their database when you delete accounts. So you cant use same emails or phone numbers. Whats the point in deleting accounts then?
Makes me feel totally insecure with them. And they have the nerve to send out emails saying the problem is fixed. No it isnt!
You can only use your email and phone ONCE and thats it. Dont try to remake an account, they wont let you.
Waste of an app.
